First report of apple stem grooving virus in Lao PDR, detected in citrus

چکیده
Abstract Apple stem grooving virus, the causal agent of citrus tatterleaf disease, was detected for first time in Lao People’s Democratic Republic. Samples were collected from trees across southern provinces testing Australia. RNA extracted and tested using conventional real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reactions with virus 1 59 samples tested. Viral identity confirmed by Sanger sequencing high throughput sequencing.
